Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Low Tide Co. purchase. Eligible in-stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, an eligible item must be:

Unworn and unused
In its original condition
Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
Returned with any original tags or packaging, when applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Made-to-order items

Apparel and other products identified as made to order are produced specifically after your order is placed.

Because of this, made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

If a made-to-order item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.

We strongly recommend reviewing the product description and sizing information before ordering made-to-order apparel.

Starting a return

To request a return, contact us at livelowtide@gmail.com and include your order number and the item you would like to return.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Low Tide Co. is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at livelowtide@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

When Low Tide Co. made the mistake, we’ll make it right.

Exchanges

Because many Low Tide Co. products are released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that a replacement style, color, or size will remain available.

For eligible in-stock merchandise, contact us first so we can confirm availability and provide exchange instructions.

Made-to-order products are not eligible for exchanges except when damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders for in-stock merchandise may be canceled until fulfillment begins.

Made-to-order products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, so cancellation may not be possible once production begins.

Once an item has been fulfilled, produced, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Final-sale items

Items specifically marked Final Sale, made-to-order products, and any other products identified as nonreturnable cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
